Looking at a set of Documents from a Contractor’s perspective PRIMEbusiness assists the Design Team in presenting similar ideas presented in the design in a more buildable way, and verifying that the drawings and specifications are complete, biddable and buildable. Furthermore, our Team visits each project site, looking first hand at the project site and applying this knowledge to our review. We believe this extra level of service ensures that comments brought forward are pertinent to project success.
In terms of costs, PRIMEbusiness creates estimates for entire projects, or for specific systems within a project. Verifying Scope and reconciling that scope against the budget is essential to project success; regardless of delivery method. Research
Our research activities can assist all phases of a construction project. The collection and evaluation of project data and displaying it into applicable and decipherable language allows our Clients to learn not just from their past, but the past of many . Our extensive history in the construction business has allowed us to accumulate ample project information, covering a multitude of project types and scales. We often incorporate this data in our Document Reviews and Constructability Studies. We do Forensic Studies of Changes, to see frequent causes of change orders and how they can be reduced. When disputes arise on a construction project, we can assist with resolving issues in a timely and balanced manner utilizing this history as back up and reference material; providing validity to our recommendations.
